    Everything looks pretty standard, but Venasaur with Frenzy Plant is a big no, no. Its bad enough its move PP are already 15 and below, last thing you need is that thing hitting Charizard and then he gets to 2HKO you with Flamethrower.
     
    Okay, changed some moves on Crobat and decided to keep Venusaur

    Electric maybe.

    What about using an electric type?
     
    Okay, going with Clefable in the sixth slot with:
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonlight
     
    A few things are missing... items, nature, and all those other cool stuff?

    Crobat- meh OU... use the original Crobat as it's much better

    Slowbro- strongly suggest you to use chesto rest. No point in CMing if you lose 3/4 of your life in the process of CMing.

    Marowak- as strong as double edge sounds, it really isn't as useful as HP Ghost can be. Plus you'll need it to hopefully smash Gengar on a switch, as Gengar got another major power boost from Emerald giving it the 3 elemental punches again.

    Snorlax- curse these OU

    Venusaur- sludgebomb over Frenzy Plant definitely. It can hit the grass types who are immune to seed too. I'll rather throw away synthesis for HP Rock or swords dance.

    Clefable- another special tanker? meh... softboil over moonlight for the PP boost.
