um... for team rate we'll always assume competitive battling at lvl 100, with max EVs and everything... so most importantly give us the personality, moveset and item attachment for your Pokemon in order to rate them sufficiently

Too add on to Frostweaver: There's no interest in rating wannabe teams. Post the team you will achieve at level 100 *level will be assumed to be 100*, the pokemon's attacks, personality, item and most importantly, its EV distribution (and if possible, the stats that arise from said EV distro, but not mandatory)

perhaps this will give you an idea why we need your "dream team" at lvl 100 with max everything and all stats listed out, as well as movesets and items...

    Ingame battle:
Chikorita > Dragonite (100% win rate). Sounds stupid right? but in ingame that can be done... on the other hand when it's in competitive gameplay, Chikorita's winning percentage will drop dramatically to a let's say.. 5% max? Due to the great difference in stats... always post at lvl 100, with your "dream moveset", personality, item attachment and EV distribution
