Btw, Ice Beam is better than Avalanche is most situations on Swampert, it only helps with Latias really.

Glaceon doesn't work well in OU tbh, too many things defeat it (i.e. Scizor, Tyranitar, Heatran, etc).

You have too many Choice users tbh, if I were you, I would change Salamence to a mixed build, and replace Glaceon with something like Scarf Jirachi to outrun +1 Salamence, +1 Gyara, etc.

I'll might come back later to give a larger rate.

Umbreon - Doesn't have any attack moves... I suggest giving him Toxic and replacing one of his other moves for an attack move. And give him the Chople Berry.
Vaporeon - Replace (see below for more details).
Jolteon - Fine.
Glaceon - suggest giving it Hidden Power and Water Pulse.


And secondly, you have so many of Eevee's evolution. I don't think it's good for your health. =P
