I'm kinda new at posting so please correct me if i do anything wrong. This is a team that i 'm planning to build but i wanted to see what you guys think of it first. I haven't decided anything for items so if you feel like please suggest some things.

    Wigglytuff
    Nature: Calm, 252/Defense 252/Sp. Attack
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Flamethrower
    Rest

It's somewhat of a sweeper just without the speed. It has good enough HP to survive a few attacks. Other than that its pretty basic.

    Dusclops
    Nature: Sassy, 252/HP 252/Sp. Defense
    Toxic
    Protect
    Confuse Ray
    Shadow Punch

I'm not really sure what you would call this but basically i use toxic then confuse ray then if i need to protect. Shadow Punch is mainly there just for an attack.

    Glalie
    Nature: Timid, 252/Speed 252/Sp. Attack
    Spikes
    Crunch
    Ice Beam
    Attract

This is a spiker/sp. sweeper. Basically use attract first which gives me a chance to use spikes a few times. Aggron is the one i do roar with. Then crunch and ice beam is mainly for Phychic and Dragon people cause they are pretty common where i live.

    Milotic
    Nature: Bold, 252/Speed 252/Sp. Defense
    Mirror Coat
    Recover
    Surf
    Refresh

I don't know what this is but it's pretty much a Sp. sponge. It has high enough sp. defense that it can survive a grass/electric attack in which i would use mirror coat then recover my health back.

    Slaking
    Nature: Careful, 252/Speed 252/Sp. Defense
    Hyper Beam
    Shadow Ball
    Earthquake
    Brick Break

    Obvious.

    Aggron
    Nature: Brave, 252/Sp. Defense 252/Attack
    Roar
    Double-Edge
    Iron Tail
    ??????

I don't know what to put for his last move so any suggestions are welcomed. He basically roars instead of glalie because glalie can't learn roar/whirlwind but he is one of the fastest spikers. Other than that he's pretty much a Physical Sweeper.

I'm not worried about a rapid spinner because most people that i play never play against anyone that uses spikes so they never use rapid spin. I'm also pretty new to EV's so i didn't really spread them that much. Also i prefer a big increase rather than i small one. Anyway thanks for you're ratings/suggestions.

You forgot to tell us the hold items for your pokemon. As for Aggron, give him Rock Slide via FR/LG, if not, then brick break...?
Also, Rapid Spin won't spin spikes away if it doesn't hit the opponent, so switch in your dusclops if you see a potential spinner.

Ice Demon, I would have done something like that but i can only get those tm once on my game. I don`t have any friends that usually play R/S so i cant get them from them. If you know how to breed it into them could you please tell me. Thanks.

IMO, Dusclops makes a surprise Focus Puncher -

    Dusclops@Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 24 Att, rest between Def and Sp Def
    Nature: + Def/Sp Def, - Sp Att
    Focus Punch
    Shadow Ball
    Night Shade
    Will-O-Wisp

With 24 attack EVs Dusclops can OHKO Alakazam with Shadow Ball. Focus Punch takes some prediction to get right, but can be a nice surprise.
