Flareon is best suited as an attacker get rid of Flamethrower and Fire Blast

Dragon Rage always does 40 damage, I'd switch it for Outrage. Hyper Beam is your choice but two Outrages you could use in two turns instead of the two turns Hyper Beam takes up would do mroe damage.
Supersonic's accuracy of 55% deosn't help and Cut isn't going to cut it(no pun intended) Glares okay, but if you max out Scythers speed you won't need it.

Check serebii'sserebii's pokedex entries for moves. I don't have enough time to give you suggestions sorry.
