we really prefer it if you give us your dream team instead of your team in progress, because it's quite useless to rate the team in progress because it's very limited.

Also, maybe you want to refer to the Advanced trainers' guide (it maybe an advanced guide but some stuff still applies, like thundershock/thunderbolt) for some common trainers' mistakes.

Really don't use 2 offensive moves of the same type... never use HM moves (if you need HM, catch a "HM Slave") on your battling Pokemon because all of them but surf sucks. Also, sometimes refer to the stats of the Pokemon to decide if a physical attack is really that good of an idea for some Pokemon ^_^;
