I don't have much time, but I can glance at it and tell what's wrong with it, I can't tell you everything though.

I has to many cards in it, for one. Try to cut it down to at least 45. You have a lot of different cards, the monsters are everwhere. You need more synergy (cards that work well together, ex:Reinforcement of the Army, and Warriors go together). Get sone stronger crreatures. Try to focus, on something you want to do, or achive. Like, what is the goal of this deck? Try the easiest kind of deck to make, Beatdown, which has strong monsters, and equip spells. Then move to something like Beatdown, Control, or try a Warrior deck. I just glanced at the deck and stated it's main weaknesses, I hope I can come back and give you more advice. Hope this helps!
    :D

they don't go together i'll give you a combo that has never failed me dna surgery and perfect machine king

but he gets 500 attack for each card played

First, I would just like to say that I don't like monsters such as Dark Magician who need 2 scarifices for only 2500. Nothing liess than 3000 unless they have a nice effect IMHO. Maybe cut the book of secret arts for more mavolent nuzzlers and/or ax of despairs. Migh t I sujjest Maha Vajilo? I can't reall spell the name but an extral 500 attack for each equipment it can be huge easily with no sacrifice.

    or Gaurdian Angel Joan.

But the remove trap is bad, the books are bad, gust I don't even see the purpose, Raigeki, Monster Reborn, and Change of Heart are banned, Jar of Greed is no good unless your running exodia...

I'd start with that if I were you.

How many time do I have to say this. If you use that card you'll end up drawing the same card you would have drawn with Jar of greed without this card. So it doesn't cut down anything. Pot and Graceful, are the only drawing cards that should be used in my opinion. One for one is never good. That's why Pot is considered to be the best card in the game becase you give up one card to draw two.:D

Thanks for the opinions, guys. I really don't duel much in tournaments, just unoficial duels, so that's why I have Monster Reborn, etc., in there. BTW, do any of you know which packs have mostly Spellcasters because I was focused on them before, hence the Books.

Im such a noob at YGO now i havent been playing for a year and a 3-quarter whatever if that makes sense. Hmmmm...
    So that means,
i havent been up-to-date with the new awesome cards. So i have come, I'am indeed the punishment for your sins.. not ok anyways..
A lot of these cards piss me off completely and I'am superness creeped out by book of secret arts etc from Starter Decks. Even tho i dont know much, at least i know those cards dont work anymore. The new cards just overpower them completely, YGO has been evolving onto some kind of new level. Ohh well.. I hate it anyway.
Im not a fan of rituals.. fusions..
Dark Elfs is super not needed for any deck that ever exists in YGO history. It is one of those cards like Violet Moon that barely do anything.
Get some uh, combination here. Your cards are all.. mixed and running around nowhere and crap. You should get things like, er.. i forget oh well but btw DNA surgery doesnt work anymore. There are too many cards. That hurt it. Cough. And also..
You got all these boring cards like Neo magic swordsman, darkfire soldier, i mean geeeez. They are just too yesterday. Hmmm... cut your deck amount. A bit. Only. Like until 40-47.

That's where you're really wrong Mullet. Deck thinning is an importand factor and this is just the card to use for it. Besides, both Graceful and Jar have the same statistics(+0). Let me explain

    Act Graceful Charity:
    -1
    Draw 3 cards:
    +2
    Discard 2 cards:
    0

    Act Jar of Greed:
    -1
    Draw a card:
    0

Why are they both played? Because of deck thinning. That's why Thunder Dragon is getting played more often nowadays. In today's metagame, the thinner you can make your deck to draw the cards you need, the better.

BTW, the only good 2 Tribute monsters are Dark Magician of Chaos and Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys.

That's where your worng, Gracful allows you to discard to, making it more useful, for Chaos, and speed, and if you have Sinister in your hand, and discard things in your hand then it's not like a loss, because you drew, and discarded cards that you didn't have use for at that time. Jar of Greed can be used in Exodia, as deck thinning, but most other decks don't use them, the exact opposite of what you said, so Graceful>Jar. Also it gives you more options. I'm sure we can all agree on one thing though, Pot is currently the best card in the game, Vortex is awesome in today's meta too.:D

Believe me Jar of Greed can be molted into Chaos. But I was talking about Thunder Dragon getting more played, it is also very useable and if you combine it wuth Soul Control themes it is pure pwnage.

I haven't seen thunder dragon played ever. Long long time ago maybe, but not any time rescently.

I should probably ask you this: What sort of strategy are you aiming for in this deck? We might be able to make this deck better a little better by knowing what sort of strategy you're trying to enact.
