this is one of my first teams so please realize i am no pro. my team might look like a noob team because thats what it is. Also i need to know what natures my pokemon should have.

    Drapion:
    Item:??????? need help with this
    evs
    speed:252
    attack:252

    Moves:
    Toxic spikes
    crunch
    cross poison
    earthquake

Toxic spikes is good to get down. It has crunch because lots of people lead with psychics like azelf. Cross poison for a good attack and same with earthquake(anything better??).

    Forretress
    Item: iron ball
    evs:
    sp.d: 252
    attack:252

    Moves:
    earthquake
    gyro ball
    stealth rock
    explosion

The iron ball is to cut its already low speed to about the 30s so gyro ball if the enemy has an average speed of 220 has a power of 200 plus the STAB. Earthquake is to bring the pain to fire types. stealth rock is just good to have and explosion is good when u feel like being a suiside bomber.

    Blaziken:
item: focus sash (please can someone tell me a better item to put one this thing)
    evs.
    (need help with spread)

    Moves:
    blaze kick
    sky uppercut
    overheat
    brave bird

blaze kick is nice with the high attack and the STAB same with sky uppercut. Overheat is incase i need a more powerfull fire attack. brave bird is just because.

    lapras:
    item: leftovers
    evs
    spA: 252
    (what else should i do)

    Moves:
    Hydro pump
    Psychic
    ice beam
    dragon pulse

these moves are nice but i need some suggestions of other moves. lapras is a well rounded pokemon with stats i think but i would also be glad to change it out.

    Exeggutor:
item:leftovers/choice specs (wich one should i use!?)
    evs
    spA252
    speed:252

    Moves:
    leaf storm
    psychic
    energy ball
    hypnosis

leaf storm is just a power grass move. energy ball is for when i dont want the sp attack drop. and hypnosis is just for fun

    Dragonite
    item:not sure
    evs
    (help)

    moves:
    dragon claw
    thunder punch
    ice punch
    dragon dance

dragon claw is for a crazy attack stat STAB. thunder punch because i dont have any other electric attacks ice punch to bring down the pain on other dragons. and dragon dance to make him sweep.

so thats it plese rate and give me some ideas i know this team needs lots of improvements.

I don't feel like giving a full rate, but I noticed a little problem already. :/ Don't use the Iron Ball on Forretress. Gyro Ball's power caps at 150. As for a nature, I think Calm is +Def/-Spe if I'm not mistaken. :/ I probably am though. So I suggest checking that. (You want +Def/-Spe though.)

Gyro Ball's Base Power is anything from 1 up to 150 making it a very powerful attack to be used. - Serebii.net

I'm slightly confused on what tier you want to play in. You have to play in OU with this team, and you only have 2 OU pokemon (Forretress/Dragonite). I suggest replacing some of the others with OU. If you would like help with the tiers, I suggest smogon.com.

    Hope this helps. ^^

i havent really seen the list much but i thought most of these were ou

wow i see alot of them are not ou but they are still good pokemon in my opinion and i have seen them alot in ou

Calm is +SDef / - Atk; you're thinking of Relaxed nature. Also, what tier a Pokemon is in doesn't matter as much as how they fit into the team and how well they can do what they're supposed to do. Blaziken is fine as long as it helps the team and isn't running something Infernape does better, for example.

And Iron Ball isn't bad because of gyro Ball's power cap but because Forretress needs Leftovers or Shed Shell way more. Definitely use one or the other. I'd use Leftovers since you can hammer Scarf Magnezone with Earthquake, but being able to escape is always nice if you really do fear losing Forretress.

Also, since you're new to competitive battling, this might help:

    https://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/intro_comp_pokemon

Anyway, the team...the Blaziken set you're running is basically a worse Infernape. Brave Bird is cool but Grass- and Fighting-types are usually terrible switch-ins. If you want to use a set like that, run this:

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 64 Atk / 192 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Flamethrower / Fire Blast
    - Close Combat
    - Grass Knot
    - Hidden Power Ice

You can always run Nasty Plot, but is usually isn't as useful as having all four moves to cover almost everything.

With Lapras, you seem to be running a special attacker. Unfortunately, that too is outclassed by other waters. If you want a bulky attacker in the spirit of Lapras, you can always try:

Suicune @ Life Orb / Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid / Modest Nature
    - Calm Mind
    - Hydro Pump / Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

If you want a more speedy attacker, you can go with:

Starmie @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Hydro Pump / Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Recover / Trick

^Run Recover with Life Orb and Trick with Choice Specs. Psychic and Grass Knot are also options.

Eggy is basically outclassed by Celebi in every way unless you're running a sun team or abusing Sleep Powder. I'm not much of an expert on Eggy so I can't help with movesets, but you can always run Celebi. Defensive or offensive if up to you, but either way I can give you the set if you want it.

Next is Dragonite. Salamence does the whole Dragon Dancer thing better because of its higher Speed, and Intimidate is always cool. If you want to use Dragonite, run this set:

    Dragonite @ Life Orb
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 112 Atk / 196 Spd / 200 Atk
    Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Superpower
    - Roost / Thunderbolt

MixNite. MixMence is also an option, but dragonite has Superpower to abuse.

Drapion and forretress seem a little out of place. for entry hazard support, you could use Forretress for Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes if you really wanted, which would free up Drapion's slot.

Generally, a lot of your Pokemon are running sets that other Pokemon do better. Still, I don't want to rip the whole thing apart, so let me know what you plan on changing.

thank you for the suggestions. I don't really like infernapes and perfer blazikin but if infernape is that much better I will switch him out. Now that I think about it I see starmie would do better than lappras. I will take the iron ball of of forretress now that u mention it. I don't know what to do with drapion I could make forretress Learn toxic spikes but I don't want forretress as my lead. I'm not sure what to lead with now. With dragonite I want him to have physical moves due to his high attack and I want to keep dragonite because he is one of my favorite pokemon.
