Issue: PM problem

I was sending PM when I saw that once I have sent the, I can't see them anywhere.
I can see the receive messages, but it is impossible to me to see the sent message.
My sent item box is always empty.
Is that normal?

^ Have you gone there and ticked the "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" box? If you already have, then I don't know what to suggest =[

I haven't seen that part.
