    Does anyone know when after you release Manaphy it comes to join your team? Also, when does Palkia appear to you so you can go to fight it? I am Diamond rank and really want Palkia on my team. Thanks to everyone who answers.

    I take it you've already released Manaphy, right? Well, you still have another quest to do before you can even meet Palkia. Just take some jobs and stuff until

    Then Bidoof will tell you that Azurill is in trouble

    So then you need to go and find

    , and then you will go down to the ocean and learn about Palkia. That night, Palkia will

    and then you will have to find your way to him after a cutscene. However once you get to Palkia and defeat him, you won't be able to recruit him just yet. First you'll have to go on another quest in which you

    . After that you can go back to Spacial Rift and recruit Palkia.
