Pokémon: Legend Of The Dragon Master

well, I'm working of a pre-telling on the story of Lance.
The Jotho league Champion.

Hack name:
Pokémon: Legend Of The Dragon Master

Hack of:
ruby

Story:
It all begins when the young boy Lance moves to New Bark Town.
He's a bit depressed because he misses his friends.
When he is told to get some groseries in Cherrygrove he spots something strange in the grass.
When he looks what it is it seems to be a Dratini.
It is badly injured.
He brings it to the proffesor in New Bark Town who heals it in no time.
When Dratini is fully healed it became attached to Lance and it wanted to be with him.
And thats where the real journy begins!

Features:​

• See all of jotho.​
• Get all the eight badges and fight the Elite four.​
• Raise the powerfull dragon-type Dratini.​
• A very powerfull dragon type to fight/catch in the end.​
• A chance to get a Bagon, Charmander and Areodactyl. (I'm not telling how)​

Progress:
Still working on New Bark and a way to put (vissible) Dratini in the grass.
(anyone who has a suggestion???)

If you set up a person event on the map using Dratini's overworld sprite it should be easy enough to do
