Basically a Hack of FR that is centered around Raikou like Crystal was centered around Suicune...

Story Line (rough)
---------------------
You are a 15 year-old who just moved to Johto when you find that a Legendary Pokémon has been terrorizing the region. You set out on an adventure to either catch or destroy the renegade pokemon. But along the way you encounter gyms which will help you in your quest to Stop Raikou (yes thats the renegade pokemon) Jessie and James are back with even stronger Pokémon. Like all other pokémon you goal is to defeat all gym leaders and the elite 4 BUT there are new twists such as the Pokémon World Confederacy (PWC) which consists of The best of the best in Pokémon Trainers...

That is all I have for a Story Blazichu but it will become more detailed once i start the hack...but i need help and is game experts stil running?

I changed my mind on the pokemon version it is a hack of....if i had some crystal tools i would use crystal but i am using gold for now and if one of the mods would please change the name of the thread to :POKéMON Renegade

Still wanting any suggestions or contributions....

Oh by the way Blazichu how did you change the title screens for Cobalt Blue and Plasma Red?
Did you use TLP or what?
