For a long time I have looked to many different pokémon hacks. I have seen many storylines, many new pokémon, many script, many ways to make a hack. Now it was time to make my own hack.....

Pokémon Mystery Version

General Information

Hack Name: Pokémon Mystery Version
Hack Base: Pokémon Fire Red (US)
Hack Language: English

NOTE:
Yes, it's a new region, but the whole story start in Pallet Town! That's why the lab is the same as in Fire Red (ectually the whole first town is the same. After that everything is different from Fire Red).

Storyline

It's morning when you wake up in the Piron Region. Today is a big day because you become a real pokémon trainer! When you got your starter pokémon (Turtwig, Piplup or Chimchar), and when you have met your rival it's time to start! Of course you want to defeat all the Gym Leaders and the Elite 4, but this isn't gonna be easy. There is a team that steals pokémon and they want your starter! It's Team Rocket. You must defeat Team Rocket to defeat the Gym Leaders and Elite 4 to become the best pokémon trainer of the whole Piron Region. Also there are a few new pokémon in this region and some legendary pokémon are realy mad. Professor Oak doesn't know what this means... Are you gonna find out? Play Pokémon Mystery Version!

Features and New Stuff

- A whole new region: The Piron Region, with new maps etc. (4% done)

FAQ

How can I go in the cave by Torkon City?

Spoiler:

1. Go to the Torkon City market. You will get Oak's Parcel.
2. Go back to the lab and talk to porfessor Oak.
3. Now go to the route left from Torkon City and search for the only person who stands in that route.
4. Go to the man who is standing for the cave and talk to him. Now he will walk away and you can go further!

To-do list

- The maps must be more different, maby other trees etc.
- The overworlds are for now done, in the first beta I will fix the overworlds.
- The Titlescreen for no is 0% done. I'm gonna change the background and the text in a later stadium.
- Team Rocket? No not longer, there is a new team in this region: Team....
- And the normal stuff etc. etc. etc.

Well, could you explain more about the pallet town being in the new region? Also, there are some major tile errors in your screenshots. Might want to fix those.

First of all, how can be pallet town in the new region?
I can see that you know how to insert new sprites, but the tiles and the scripts remains the same.
Maybe you have to insert new tiles and of course fresh scripts
