The level up movesets are entirely custom. You can check them in PBS/pokemon.txt and PBS/pokemon_forms.txt.
I have better-looking documentation for each Pokémon's level up set that I'll release once I finish it.
 
This may be a silly question, but what is needed to play this game? New to the site and would love to play this.

As far as I know all you really need is a half-decent computer. You don't need an emulator for it or anything, as it's an RPG Maker fangame as opposed to a romhack, so it runs directly on your computer.
I think at minimum your computer needs to support OpenGL 2.1 or higher and have about 1GB of free disk space.
I know for sure fangames work on Windows and Linux, but I'm unsure if they work on Macs.

My 5 year old basic laptop with low specs that isn't built for gaming at all can run the game just fine.

You're kind of out of luck if you're stuck on mobile, though, since while JoiPlay is a thing on Androids (I think), most people who have tried to play the game through that have reported issues, and nobody knows how JoiPlay works so any issues that come up while playing are issues I can't fix. :(

I don't there are any in the game. I didn't bother to add it because both of its effects are kind of irrelevant.
Infatuation is a really rare status due to nothing learning Attract (I removed it as a TM and didn't put it in any obtainable Pokémon's level up set) and Cute Charm's distribution being fairly limited, and breeding for IVs is entirely unnecessary due to the way Hyper Training works in this game.

Finished the game today. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to the post game update. You did a fantastic job. One of of the best pokemon fan games ive played. Now time to try to complete the pokedex 😭 🙏

v0.12.2 is now released! This fixes some bugs and errors that I did not find back in 0.12.1.
