I've been trying to figure out how to change the palette colors for the title screen like the logo and pikachu's colors in pokeyellow disassembly but can't figure out exactly where? Any help will be appreciated dearly

Here's a thread about editing the title palettes in Pokemon Red. The file I linked there exists in pokeyellow too so perhaps you should take a look at it.

You pointed me in the right direction and because of that I was able to figure out a lot of stuff that definitely helped
