Plot
The Pokémon world has fallen into strife. There is no place that is now "safe" as it once was. Sure, there is still a Pokémon League, Gyms, and a Battle Frontier, but nothing is as it was before. Nothing is as the stories say it was. And it all started twenty years ago. Twenty years ago to this very day.​

The world had changed in massive amounts by then. The formation of so many villainous teams like Team Rocket had forced the Pokémon Leagues of the world to join together and become the League of Nations, and their section dedicated to anti-terrorism and defence of Pokémon was the Pokemon Defence Ministry, or PDM. The plan was a huge success, and all enemies of Pokémon had been crushed. Peace was restored in just five years. And then, it happened.​

A strange, alien meteorite fell on top of Mt. Coronet, Spear Pillar. It was green and crystalline, translucent and harder than the strongest substance in the world. And it was beatiful. It seemed to glow in the sunlight and at night, from all across Sinnoh, you could see the tip of Mt. Coronet glowing. Many took this as a sign, and formed an organization dedicated to the research and uses of this strange new material. Led by a man named Herod, they called themselves the Coronetian Order of the Enlightened, or COE, and the mysterious Herod named the new substance Pokérite, as a mixture of Pokémon and the common mineral suffix, -ite.​

But after about a week, the PDM and the COE noticed something; the substance was growing, down the mountain, covering it it a shining green light. The COE hailed it as a blessing, but the PDM took concern over it. They continued to observe, and were shocked when they sent an exploration team to the top of Mt. Coronet: They found all the plants (and subsequently Grass Pokémon) had been mutated into twisted, crystalline versions of themselves, instead of leaves and flowers, there was just a miserable imitation of the original shape and a bit of plant-form twisted into and round and melted into the hideous substance... Pokérite.​

That was when the Pokémon League of Nations took action. They began researching ways to destroy the substance before it could mutate to harm People or Pokémon. They used lasers, guns, bombs, Pokémon powers, everything to destroy it. But it was no use. The substance just kept growing... And growing... And growing. And after 25 years, it had covered most of the Sinnoh region. Then, there was a breakthrough.​

The Pokémon Lague of Nations had discovered the material's weakness. It could be destroyed by a large electrical impact; from a Pokémon, if it was concentrated and used in a huge amount, about a square metre could be rid of Pokétrite. It was a huge success, and the Pokémon League of Nations was making huge headway. Now, only Mt. Coronet was affected, And Sinnoh had been saved, but all Grass Pokémon were now vicious and twisted by the pain of the Pokérite. And then... The COE fought back.​

Striking from all of the poorer places in the world, mostly places in Johto and the recently recovered Sinnoh, the unexpectedly large organization had destroyed all of the Pokémon League of Nation's buildings and ministries and killing all o ftheir agents and officers. all over Johto, Sinnoh, and in parts of Kanto and Hoenn. They fought to give time to the Pokérite to mutate, to advance people and Pokémon from their weak, fleshy form into a beautiful crystal form, or so Herod said. With unexpected force, they used planes to deliver packages of Pokérite all over the world. Now the crystal was everywhere, the COE was an offical Terrorist organization which rivalled the PDM and the world was in chaos. And now PDM scientists fear it is only a matter of time, maybe another month or so, before Pokérite mutates into a dangerous substance for humanity and Pokémon. As such, all cities have been cleared of Pokérite.​

The Pokémon League of Nations dissolved and the PDM became the world's Bureaucratic government and fighting force against the COE. Unfortunately, their resources were all focused on the richer ares of the world, so poorer places were alienated and turned to the COE for aid, joining them and aiding them in the struggle for Pokérite. And the fate of the world.​

You
You are a trainer. You have been a trainer since the age of ten, and you are a moderately skilled trainer. Both the PDM and the COE need skilled trainers to fight for them, to help in the struggle. You know of the impending change upon the world, and as you journey with your Pokemon, you see the ravaged countryside full of Pokérite, and you know that your fate lies with it....​

Name: Your characters name. It can't be a stupid, copyright or trademarked name.​

Age: 15-20​

Gender: Hmm... Now, what to put here?​

Side: Corenetian Order of the Enlightened or Pokémon Defence Ministry. If COE, you begin in Johto. If PDM, you begin in Kanto.​

*Personality: How does your character treat others? What do they like/dislike?​

*Appearance: This isn't just physical appearance. How do they walk? How do they speak? If you are PDM, then clothes aren't needed, they have a uniform. As such, COE may need a slightly bigger description.​

*History: Optional, but may increase your chances of entering the RP.​

Pokémon
You may have three Pokémon, following the guidelines from above.​

Species: What Pokémon is your Pokémon? No Sinnoh Grass Pokemon may be used. They're all mutants, remember.​

Gender: Male, Female, or no Gender. Your Pokémon must be able to be this gender in-game.​

Nickname: Optional.​

Moves: Four moves that the Pokémon can learn by level thirty. No Egg Moves or TMs. Surf, Fly, Cut, Rock Smash and Strength are allowed as long as the Pokémon can actually learn them.​

Personality; What is your Pokémon like?​

1. No Bunnying or Godmodding without permission. NPCs may be Godmodded slightly.

2. Be polite and courteous at all times. All Forum rules apply. There may be some romance, but nothing explicit.

3.In your SU, put the Password "Herod" before anything else.
