[Let's Go] PokeballPlus Help!

I'm not sure if i posted to the right place
so i recently updated the controllers and pokeball plus. I sent Eevee to the pokeball but when I wiggle it around she doesn't make any sounds.

Anyone know what is going on?

P.S. I took mew out of the ball already.

Hi, did you manage to fix this? Mine doesn't even let me connect to the game as a controller, the white LED light won't turn on :/

Press and hold the joystick. The ring will then light up and you can shake it to hear thenpokemon
