6th Gen Pokebank?

Simple question can you pokebank between Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire? I know you can bank from X and Y but I have both ruby and sapphire and need to bank the legendary pokemon.

Yes, just put the game in and open up bank - it works the exact same way as X and Y.
