6th Gen PokeBank's net interuption wait

Rant Ahead:

I wonder if anyone else is feeling this annoying occurrence. Everytime PokeBank occurs an network interruption, you have to wait some moments before attempting and since I didn't test for how long exactly to wait it feels like a REALLY long time. My internet seems to like making errors when I attempt to log into PokeBank and it pisses me off everytime I see and now I have to wait some more before another attempt. I don't understand why it's needed though, there is nothing abusive in trying to login after an error. (it's only annoying)

So anyway, what do you think is the point of PokeBank's wait after an error occurs?

Hate this!!! Especially since I'm having internet problems recently, this becomes very annoying when I have to wait 30 minutes because I failed to connect 3 times >:( I don't understand why they do this?!?! Maybe to slow the traffic, though I don't think that would be a big issue.

That is a measure Pokebank puts in to prevent cloning. If your Internet cuts out at specific points during the transfer or login process (as far as the servers are aware) it could be an attempt to clone do the user is briefly put into a que and not allowed to log in for a fixed amount of time, at least that's what I was told

Wow that's genius by GF! That would for sure discourage me from cloning using pokebank! too bad powersave came out.
