The Pokecommunity Mix Tournament

Similar to the Pokemon World Tournament Mix Challenge, in this Challenge, you must select two Pokemon from another trainer's roster. It's that simple!!!





How To Play (Please Read All Rules)​

Spoiler:

1) Select your desired team of exactly 6 Pokemon and fill out the participation form. Do not include team list in this form. Only post that information to your confirmed rival.


2) Request a swap with someone who has NOT swapped yet via VM or PM, and then confirm match...NOT IN THE THREAD!!! Then, send each other the teams you have made.


3) The player who posted the first VM or PM will select the first Pokemon of their rival's roster they would like to have on their team. Then, the other player will select a Pokemon from the other player in place of the Pokemon their rival has selected. The person who posted first will then select a second Pokemon. Then, the other player will select a second Pokemon. Again, this must be done via VM or PM (preferably VM for most users).


4) You may not select a Pokemon that the other player has chosen from your Original team. For example, if I select Starmie from your list of 6 Pokemon, you may not select Starmie as your choice, unless of course, I had an additional Starmie which was included in my Original team.


5) You must select all unique Pokemon on your Original team; you cannot have 2+ Emolgas on your Original team.


6) You are permitted to use Pokemon Black/White 2, or Black/White as an alternative.


7) You must select Pokemon from this list of Pokemon from the Black/White 2 Pokedex.


8) Trade rule - You are allowed one trade AND one hacked-in pokemon. All trade/hack Pokemon must be under level 20.


9) The challenge is over after you have defeated the Elite Four; feel free to go further if you'd like.


10) Legendaries are not allowed. Sorry :(


11) Post Updates; I will only add you to participant list after you have completed the Third Gym and posted an update. Be sure to follow the Update Form below.


12) Feel free to create a theme team...much like a Gym Leader or other Mixed Tournament Contestant would enter in the game. It is required to use a sprite in your entry form to emulate the feel of the PWT, here is a great sprite source! Also, the title and picture need to give a clue as to which types of Pokemon you will use. For example, my character's title is "Witch of the Dark Forest", you might conclude she uses dark, grass, ghost, psychic, bug, poison, or a mixture of some of those types.


13) Finally, complete the Update Form every time you want to update. Please use spoilers!
