    Hello everyone!! I was around the community when XY came out, and now I got my hands on ORAS, and some freetime!
    I've been working on finishing up my pokedex for the shiny charm, and there's just a few, mainly legendaries I'm looking for.
    I don't have a whole bunch for trade currently however. But I can do dex entries back!!

    In ORAS I believe you can get Raikou, Entei, Regice, Registeel, Azelf, Heatran, and Regigigas without trading. In any case, I can help with Sneasel, Mime Jr, and Chingling. I could also obtain a Murkrow and Drifloon, but if you want to find those for yourself they can be encountered while soaring.
     
    Actually all of the legendaries you listed are in ORAS, except for Manaphy, Phione, and Meloetta.

    Well, Tornados is OR exclusive and you need both him and Thundurus to get Landoras.
    So unless you have both, trading will have to be done.

    I know, but I said ORAS, I was speaking for both games. Nimhdragon said ORAS as well, so I assumed he has both.

    My bad, I guess I assumed he only has AS because he has Thundurus and not the other two, which is a silly assumption to make given the other legendaries he has.

    Anyways, my offers still stand regarding the normal pokemon.
     
    Oh my gosh! Thank you guys so much for the responses! Y was my first pokemon since I was really little, and I know there were only 3 or 4 legendaries in that game, so I thought it was about the same for ORAS. Wow this makes my life soooo much easier!
