I keep getting this message when I try to open the pokedex and I don't know how to solve it .

there are 2 reasons you are getting this error.
A) You added a new pokemon to the game and loaded a save file before the update. to fix it, start a new game
B) You added a new pokedex list and one of the values are blank.
to fix, use the in game dexx editor usable from the Debug menu, in the info editor, and fill the missing gap.
