[Script] [pokeemerald] Adding new forms for castform

    I'm trying to add forms for Castform, but the sprites aren't showing correctly.

    I added new folders for each form, data for them on species_info and set the paths for the assets.
    The forms are working properly, but the palettes aren't loading properly and the animation seems glitchy.
    I added code in all the places that the original forms do, and those forms function normally.
