Pokeemerald Expansion Compiling Error

Hello, I was attempting to build the Pokeemerald Expansion ROM when I encountered the following error:

I have succesfully built the Pokeemerald Expansion ROM on my system prior and have all the dependencies installed. As I am new to editing decomps and coding as a whole, I am unsure what the problem could be. I have not made any changes to the project either.
