I followed the tutorial here, https://github.com/huderlem/poryscript#usage, and I got this error when running "make"

Poryscript is telling you that it doesn't know what the -cc flag means. Probably because the tutorial you followed is for a different version of the program than what you have.
You should download the latest version of poryscript.
