Pokemon 2000/ G&S Promotional Disc?

I was digging through a box of my miscellaneous Pokémon stuff and I came across this old disc. It's a PC/Audio CD, and it has wallpapers, a coupon for the G/S strategy guide, pictures of some Generation 2 Pokémon and screenshots, plus some trivia, music and a trailer for 2000. I vaguely remember buying this at a garage sale a long time ago, but I can't find any information on it or where it might have originally come from. Does anyone else have one of these or can tell me where it was given away or what it might have come with?

Hmm..only thing I've been able to find on it was an ended eBay listing, and he didn't mention where he'd gotten it. The disc doesn't have anything on it to identify where it came from besides Nintendo. <_<
