How do I put a Team Rocket sprite in Ruby, anyways?

Some new legendaries will be Chariece, a mix of Charmeleon and Regice that will be taking over some-Pokemon-I-don't-like, like ......I dunno. Magikarp? No.

Also, I need PokeTronic.

I've got Poketronic, I just can't remember where I got it. Oh well, for a TR sprite you may be able to use Xeon's Overworld Editor and change Magma to Rocket.
