    someone in the UK is selling pokemon adventures vol 8 on ebay! but the bid started at ?5, i would have charged more. :confused:
     
    how much is 5 UKD...into US dollars?

    :S i'm telling everyone who needs manga, i will be willing to sell them to you guys at base price. don't want to see pokespecial lovers get ripped off.
     
    i found a currency converter website and calculated the price into USD.
    5 British Pound = 9.24700 US Dollar

    how much would u sell it for then zapchu? i might be interested.
     
    So uh...what do you have to look up to find it? I cant seem to find it.
     
    nah, it sez they will only ship to United Kingdom, which is a bummer for sum people.
     
    :X wow, that is very expensive...considering the japanese versions cost less than $7/book. the chinese versions are even cheaper. if ya' can't read them, the pictures still describe the story well.

    i checked a currency converter website and found that:
    8.50 Singapore Dollar = 2.68692 British Pound

    so this guy is charging around 17Singapore Dollars for this comic.

    but thats not gonna stop me, i'v been looking for these comics for well over a year (since i finished vol 7) and here in england, a chance like this is VERY rare.

    you should go for it zapchu. theres bound to be a fan base that can read japanese who would kill for the comics.
    and the vol 8 is fininshed and the final price was ?14.99
     
    Now unless Z post some more manga for sell it will be a long long while before we see anything else like this.
     
    well look no further. after the bid ended today i emailed the guy selling vol 8 to check if he had any others and if he intended to sell them. he confirmed with me that he was gonna sell 2 more but didn't say wen he would put them up.

    i just checked and he has put vol 9 and 10 up!

    i will definitlty try and win this time

    well yes... that's tru if u talk in singapore dollar terms, but ?5 isn't much for people in england. (see conversation earlier)
