I thought i would post it here since it deals with cards.I have searched through Target online and i can't seem to find them!

It's the plastic container that you could place in a 3-hole binder.

that's pretty much it so please help and thans in advance.

Most hobby shops sell them. Try doing internet searches for stores that sell sports cards or trading cards.
