Hey, any signs of the Move Relearner? Is it somehow available or do I have to go all the way to Pastoria to unlock that function?

Such a cool romhack, and I'd love to play but after the first rival battle it crashes T_T
I'm playing through twilight menu++ on my 3ds and idk why it keeps crashing...

I like this rom but it is very poorly balanced:
1. Leaving out ev's on harder modes and NO good items or encounters for you the player in which the opponents have everything at their disposal
2. The AI 100% cheats, it gets crits to ohko when it wants to, never misses when necessary, the perfect iv's and ev's don't help
3. The tutor's are so late its pointless and the daycare being locked makes no sense.
The harder modes need a challenge not artifical perfect pokemon thrown at the player who has NONE of those to use, it is extremely in the AI's court and outside basically luck this game's hard and nuzlocke modes are not worth doing for a challenge other than torture.
