6th Gen pokemon banned by smogon

which pokemon are banned by smogon?(I know blaziken is banned) Also combinations like garchomp with sand veil( i think thats banned) which pokemon and item combinations are banned too?

Nope, Garchomp is fair game. Item combinations are also not banned. All Legendaries are banned pretty much. You're best looking at the Q&A section or Google.
