    I know there is a hack checker on Wi-Fi. If one only does "legal hacks" (hacked Pokemon that are completetly legitmate stat and move wise, and are possible to obtain that way without hacking) will the Pokemon still be filtered?
     
    If the Pokemon has

    • Legal IVs [Not like.. all 31 IVs or something.]
    • Has legal EVs [The legal total is 510]
    • A completely learnable moveset.
    No, the Pokemon will not be filtered. =]
    I'm not sure if the location counts towards filtering, but just in case make sure the location is also sensible.. like, you can actually find that Pokemon there.

    About the IVs I was wondering why since it is possible to get a Pokemon with perfect IVs by breeding.

    It is possible yes, but to the game it's illegal.. not sure as to why..
    I'd suggest not putting any IVs on the Pokemon past 10.. since the game blocks past that.

    It's probably because 31 IVs are so very rare, and the chance to obtain them is even lower than the chance to find a shiny.
    So the game designers probably figured that since it's so rare that you'll just choose to hack to obtain them instead of being legit about it.
    Therefore, the game blocks it.
