Pokemon Black and White gen 8 suggestion, Queen/King Oshawott

Hi, I'm thinking of a suggestion for gen 8, Queen/King Oshawott. It is still 1'-8" and 13 lbs, but it has a higher stats than a regular Oshawott. Its appearance is like Osharina from Crowning the Scalchop King. It will never evolve into Dewott or Samurott. Do you like my idea?

Well....not really. I think if anything, the final evo should be getting a stat boost, and not a first form. Has there been any basic forms that has receieved privelidges? Pikachu and that's all, apparently. So if anything, Samurott should be the one getting the boost.
