5th Gen Pokemon Black2/White2 Pokedex

Hello im trying to fill up my pokedex with no access to wifi or trade. My starter is Tepig and I only have a few pokemon left to finish. I need Snivy, Serperior, and Buneary. If anyone knows any rival trainers in the game who have these pokemon, please let me know.
