1st Gen Pokemon Blue all Pokemon hack?

Hi, is there a hack where I can catch all Pokemons without using glitches?
I have tried Kaizo version but I didn't like it. I didn't like the map arrangement, the Pokemon spam when going through grass and why low level Pokemons has such good moves. Also I didn't like the idea that Gary starts with a Mew of all Pokemons.

I don't mind a challenge, but this version was just way too much.
I'm basically just trying to find a hack where I can catch all Pokemons without glitches. Same map and fixing things like Charizard not being able to learn fly.

I understand that 1st gen games was intended so everyone could link with each other. Which is why you can't catch them all without doing it and why some Pokemons can't learn a move even though they should, and that not all Pokemons can evolve to the latest without a trade.

I'm up for a bigger challenge since original Blue version is a bit to easy, but Kaizo version was just to weird and to many things I didn't like. Even with the first hour of playing.

I'd recomend Pokemon Red++
You can also look for a hack in the Rom Hacking section of the forum and filter by the game you want (Red, Blue, etc.)
