just wondering, is pokemon box still in production cause of the recent news of nintendo stopping it.

i was viewing through ebay and saw it at extremly high prices

Well, if Pok?mon BOX is no longer sold in Pok?monCenter.com or at Nintendo World, then it's likely that they stop production of it.

I think that it's still in production.Besides,on Ebay I saw a Pokemon Box being sold for $260 (original price $55)!
But it should still be sold on Pokemoncenter.com.

If you really want it buy if off an online games store from Australia, where it was in great supply.

I really don't know, but I think that's a negative since Australia's video formats are PAL whereas America's is NTSC. Should you obtain a modchip, it may work.

Should the product be no longer in demand, Nintendo (and many other companies) will most likely stop production of that particular product as to avoid massive profit loss.

I go to PokemonCenter.com very frequently, and I haven't seen them selling Pok?mon BOX since they updated their look for the web site.

And the last time I checked, Pok?mon BOX originally costs $19.99, not $55! (I bought it at that price AT PokemonCenter.com) Since it's not a game, it shouldn't cost nearly that much!

Like Pok?mon BOX, people are now selling the Game Boy Advanced: Pok?mon Center Edition for ridiculous amounts of money as well...

well...no shops have stock of this thing however. i don't mind getting a freeloader but one thing, can i use pokemon from my US verison to pokemon box UK version? i can't do that for my jap verison.

...Pokemon Box for $260!!?????? That's TOO MUCH!!! I can still remember getting mine for only $20...
