Pokemon Breeders Emerald

Imagine a world of pokemon where you can only obtain pokemon in their final form and the only way to obtain their first or second forms is by breeding them? Well that's what I plan on making a emerald hack about. I can't implement any cool or extraordinary features because I will be making this emerald mod solely on my phone by hex editing all the pokemon in the wild to their final forms. Like where you can normally find poochyena. You'll find nothing but mightyenas. And I plan on making all pokemon obtainable in the wild. I'm going to do all that I can with hex editing on my phone and modifying the game to my liking. Then maybe when I'm done with what I want to do with it... maybe hand it off to a way more experienced hacker to add all the cool stuff that we in the pokecommunity have grown to love. I ideal would love to see another region implemented into this rom. (Maybe 2) then all the pokemon from gene 4-6 (maybe 7 later) then moves, items, features, etc.. but I guess we'll touch bases on that when I'm done editing the game and do what I can do on my end. Bare with me on time and what not though.. I'm going to work on this as much as I possibly can, but I work full time have 3 kids and I'm married. So my time on this is very very limited. So I'll be working on this in my Spare, Spare time. Lol. If that makes sense. So what's everyone think of that? I'll show previews later.
