If you are looking for a great IV, Stat, Damage, Experience, or Avatar calculator from either 3rd or 4th generation, then you should check out my website. There is even a Pokedex there, too.
I don't understand why some people think the other calculators are better. They only take in one level worth of data, so they are highly inaccurate until you get to level 50. Plus, they don't take in the Hidden Power Type to help narrow down the results. Plus, they don't show you the next level that will actually reduce the range. Plus, they won't tell you how many EVs you should get before the next level in order to get an exact IV if only two are remaining.
Psypoke's calculator does, that is if you know how to use it. You just probably aren't using it right and that is the reason why you are getting inaccurate information.
That is because you can't tell no matter what. A charmeleon at level 20 that has 31 ivs will have the same amount special attack stat as a charmeleon with 30 evs if they both have the same amount evs.
