Pokemon- companians or slaves

If you watched the anime they say pokemon and humans are equals. when i play my games I think of them as little slaves. . when you play a pokemon game what do you think of pokemon freind, foe, or slave.

Yeah, I try to be as nice to them as I can because they are electronic too(Like teh computer) But yeah I think they are more like friends.

It would be nice to have a Pokemon as a pet without battling it.

The only people who tend to use them as slaves are those who wish to be the "greatest trainer"... and the evil teams.

pokemon have moods and some evolve as they're happy, so i dont think that fits as slaves.
i DO count my HM slaves as slaves though : )

They are my fwiends... especially my 200 Togepi

I don't use them as slaves...except maybe my feebas, who I force to battle super-powerful opponents for my amusment.

they're technically nothing, just electronic devices waiting to be manipulated. But I wouldn't say they're slaves, because they are unable to obey your every command.
