4th Gen Pokemon Contests

Ok hey guys im getting tired of EV training and wanted to take a beat with it by trying to beat contests, however i am having a bit of difficulty finding a good pokemon with a good moveset. So, can you guys help me my suggesting pokemon and their possible movesets?

For a beauty contest pokemon, Milotic is the way to go, with almost any natural moveset. Also for a smart pokemon contest winner, Gardevoir or Alakazam are also great. I am great at pokemon contests and i wish there was a game based mostly around contests!

Yea thanks about the suggested pokemon but you got any movesets for them?

I do for the Milotic, My alakazam and glalie and Gardevoir who were all master rank contest winners are all lost on an old ruby at a hotel in St. Louis. anywayz have the blue accesories on Milotic and blue scarf, my old moveset was Hydropump, Icebeam, Raindance, andthose are the three that won me through the entire four contests.

I don't like to brag, but while I'm good at Contests, I'm not when it comes to Master Rank Contests. Especially with my Blissey, wherein my goal is to make her win all five types of Contests for all ranks. This is why her Sheen is not very high in any areas; it's evenly distributed, but Tough is the highest.

Right now, I'm having difficulty in the Visual Round; the opponents seem to always outnumber my hearts by 150% or more. Barring the Visual Round, I'm sure I would have won already.

So I need help, please. How on earth do I score a lot in the Visual Round for Master Rank Cute contests with my Blissey?
