Pokemon Dandelion Yellow

[Bug Catcher 11]

I am creating a pokemon game (via hack) called Pokemon Dandelion Yellow. Its base is Pokemon Fire Red.

At its current stage, not much is done. And not much will be. That is, unless somemone(s) help me find the things i need in order to make my game better.

Progress:

Home village created.
First Route Created and Connected to Home village.
First town connected to First route and Home village.
Starters chosen and changed (From Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander to Chikorita, Totodile, Cyndaquil)

I would like to:

Change Professer
Change Main Character
Change Rival
Change World map to a new Unique one
Connect This region to Hoen, Jhoto and Kanto.
Change Gym leaders and Gyms.
Change Title screen Picture AND Music AND Name of game
​

The things listed as what i would Like to do is what i have no IDEA to do.

Files I have:

A Starter
Advance Map
Advance Text
Poketronic
YAPE
Title Screen Cry Editor v.2 (I have no idea how to use. Seems simple but when i use it, IT NEVER WORKS.)

Also, I would like to create and employ a team for this hefty task. I need the following:

2 Hackers with 2+ years experience
2 Testers
1 Grafic Creator
1 Storyliner(you make the story. As long as i approve of it.)
