4th Gen Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Action Replay NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

I Went To Put My Code List On There Then Before I Read It I Clicked Yes And Then The Action Replay Said It Was Going To Erase All The Game Files On There And I Turned Off The Nintendo Ds And When I Turned It Back On No Games Were On It But I Cannot Add Anything Onto It Or Erase The Games On There That Are Not On There It Says It Has No Free Space So Will Someone Plz Plz Plz Plz Plz Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
