This is very interesting and this is the first time I have ever seen someone dump and release an actual Pokemon beta. I'll be keeping my eye on this one.
Edit: I think I found it! According to a romsite that I can't name and the attached NFO file, it's American. Unfortunately, I can't verify that because DS roms run like crap on my computer. I also realized that there were several other demos of other Pokemon games already dumped long before.
