[Tool] Pokemon Editor for gen 1 and 2?

    I'm looking to modify stuff like base stats and experience group. It's pretty easy to find editors for Pokemon gen 3+, such as PGE for gen 3. But are there any such editors for gens 1 and 2?

    I already know about the Pokemon rom disassembly project which has the gen 1 and 2 games and I know how to use that to make the changes I like to make. But if all this time there was a program out there I could've used instead, I'd definitely like to know since that's a lot faster and easier.

    EDIT: I found Mateo's Pokemon Editor Ultimate for gen 2, so I'm only looking for a gen 1 editor that can edit something like experience group (which Pokemon Editor GB doesn't do).
