    Which Pokemon Gimme lots a SP ATK Evs, that are possible to encounter in wild without AR or GS?
     
    The best place to get Sp. Attack EVs is by fighting lots of Spindas in Route 113. They have a 70% encounter rate so they aren't that hard to find.
