[Script] Pokemon Emerald Trainer EVs

First time creating anything like this, but was looking through the code for Emerald and noticed for trainers, the IVs are given, but there is nothing for the Evs of Trainer mons. In the battle facility section though, they do explicitly state the EVs. Is there an easy/simple way to add EVs to the regular trainers pokemon? Or would I need to work through the battle facility trainers in order to have trainers with EVed pokemon?
