[Map] pokemon essentials v19 can't move on custom map

    Just started working with v19 and while I move on an interior map I created, I can't move on my outside map. I checked on the tiles and they should be passable.
     
    Just FYI, Pokémon Essentials has nothing to do with ROM hacks
