    Introduction:
The name of my ROM hack is inspired by comics. I've been working on this ROM hack for a while and I felt it was time to start talking a bit about it. My major goal with Pokemon FRF is to create a fresh experience for everyone. So with everything I'm about to share with you please realize all of this goes to the goal of creating something fresh and new.. Something people can go in with an open mind about and have a chance to consider new options for their teams and really get to explore a redesigned Kanto region. Alongside the theme of exploration and rediscovery the game will feature a more difficult set of trainers, Gyms, and Elite Four. However much of that difficulty will come with trainers having more diverse Pokemon with moves that aren't all garbage. I fully intended to create as many dynamic battles as possible within the game to give people a truly challenging and fun experience. My goal isn't to create Pokemon You're Going To Die Edition, but a sincerely strategic and more versatile game than anything already out there. With my intentions clearly defined I'll speak more in depth on a few topics that are of vital importance.

    Pokemon:
The main thing this ROM hack does is re-balance every Pokemon. The physical special split will be present within the game which allows me to really utilize every Pokemon and give them better move sets. Some Pokemon will receive humongous changes and others may only be slightly altered if it makes sense to do so. As I've already done maybe 170 Pokemon I can safely say there have been a ton of changes made to each Pokemon. The move-sets of each Pokemon have been expanded and fleshed out for every single Pokemon I've done so far. Evolution methods have been changed so that no Pokemon evolves through inconvenient means like trade. Most Pokemon evolve by level or stone and happiness is just a way for some Pokemon to evolve earlier instead of being the only means to evolve them. It's a huge undertaking and will probably take several versions of the game to completely balance everything out.

    Gen4-6 Moves:
One of the major changes I've implemented has been the addition of moves from later generations that allow for greater diverse move-sets in lieu of moves that nobody in their right mind touches ever. The moves I've added are: Seed Bomb, Flare Blitz, Scald, Nasty Plot, Giga Impact, Ice Shard, Dual Chop, Poison Jab, Night Slash, Shadow Claw, Leaf Storm, Incinerate, Aqua Tail, Iron Head, Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Power Whip, and Stone Edge. I don't have the means to reanimate skills so many of these abilities use animations from other skills, but the important part is that they exist in the game and give greater diversity to move sets.

    Kanto:
Kanto is a very well known region in Pokemon games. However since the goal of the game is make things feel new and fresh. I'll be updating many Routes, Caves, and even some Cities to breathe some life into some of the more poorly designed routes. I'm very confident in my ability to use AdvanceMap and create some gorgeous maps. So I feel this will be one of the best parts of the game besides the awesome changes made to the Pokemon.

    Versions: *[Conceptual/Subject to change]*
Please note this is totally a very loose idea, but is the direction I feel is best currently. What I'm thinking of doing is releasing 3 versions of this game. With 386 Pokemon that is just too many to release all at once in one title the game would drown in being over-saturated by so many Pokemon. So versions of the game that feature different Pokemon may end up being a path I take to making it more manageable. Again though this is conceptual, but is where my mind is set currently. Constructive feedback on this idea would be lovely.
