Pokémon Fire Emblem Demo Release!
As my first game dev project, I went back to my roots.
Pokémon and Fire Emblem are my two favorite game series, and I've played them to death.
This game is a love letter to both these series.
Pokémon Fire Emblem is a short game I've been developing in the span of 2 months.
This game functions the same as a Pokémon game, but all of the Pokémon are replaced by Emblems.
The game is divided into 2 Chapters, and they are the first and last chapters of the game.
I might return to make the full game, but it won't happen immediately and might not happen at all.
Story
In this game, you play as the protagonist May or Brendan, the Hoenn Champion and Norman's child, after the events of Pokémon RSE and FRLG.
A world-shattering event causes the Pokémon to disappear, and in their place come the Emblems, fighters from another world.
As the foundation of the world of Pokémon collapses, Emperor Lance launches a surprise attack on the Hoenn Region, and captures Lord Norman, your father.
Now, it is up to you to protect your people, save your father, and try to stop the Kanto Empire and their associates hiding in the shadows.
Features
- 45+ New Emblem Pokémon. Including Evolutions and a new Pokédex
- New moves, based on Fire Emblem weapons and fitted to the Pokémon gameplay
- New music by me using GBA Soundfont Library, and remixed music from GBA era Pokémon and FE
- Original Story, using Fire Emblem tropes and Pokémon characters
- RSE Maps and tilesets for the Hoenn regions, including edited tiles by me to fit the story
