3rd Gen Pokemon FireRed PC Glitch

So when I use cheat codes to replace items in my PC with a certain ID code type, I get like infinite Macho Bands, in my case. I wanted some, but now I can't get rid of them by withdrawing and discarding. I can't even deposit anything either.

Is there a fix to like reset the PC like how you can reset the TM case to have 8 HMs and 99 of all 50 TMs?

EDIT: the way I fixed it was to disable all cheat codes and then withdraw them. However, in the process my PC got cleaned but I can just cheat code them out again.


Side note, I'm actually playing Liquid Crystal.
